I am starting a Linkshell based for new players. We can do rank missions, quests, garrisons, anything that needs to be done. No level requirement is needed to get into the shell but you really need to be level 25 or so before you can start doing anything fun =( However, you can complete your Rank 1 missions by lv15, and do Missions 2-1 and 2-2 solo at lv20.
